William Horsley Orrick, Jr. (1915-2003) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

Orrick was nominated by President Richard Nixon on May 31, 1974, to a seat vacated by William Sweigert; he was confirmed by the Senate on June 21, 1974, and received commission on July 8, 1974. He assumed senior status on October 31, 1985. He served the Northern District of California until his death on August 14, 2003. Orrick was succeeded in this position by Delwen Jensen.
