William Owens, Jr. (North Carolina)
William Owens, Jr. (b. April 2, 1947) is a former Democratic member of the North Carolina House of Representatives. He represented District 1 from 1995-2013.
Owens was a member of the North Carolina Army National Guard from 1967 to 1993. He was a warehouse manager and has served as a partner and officer for several family businesses. His wife is Cynthia.

On November 2, 2010, Owens won election to the North Carolina House of Representatives. He had no primary opposition but was challenged by John Woodard in the general election which took place on November 2, 2010.[1][2]
