William P. Williams is a district court judge for the 4th Judicial District's Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court in Virginia.[1]
Education
Williams received his undergraduate degree from the Virginia Military Institute and his J.D. from the Washington and Lee University School of Law.[2]
