William D. Palmer was a judge on the Florida Fifth District Court of Appeal. Governor Jeb Bush (R) appointed Palmer in 2000.[1] He retired in 2018.[2]
He was the chief judge of the court from July 1, 2007, to June 30, 2009.[1]
Education
Palmer received his B.S. in management science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1973. He received his J.D. from Boston College Law School in 1976.[1]
