William Pilkington was the Position 3 representative on the Klein ISD Board of Trustees from 2012 to 2018.[1]

Pilkington received degrees in accounting and finance from Texas A&M University. As of 2015, he worked as a partner with the CPA firm Bentley, Bratcher & Associates. He was also a volunteer with the Ponderosa Fire Department and sat on the boards of the Houston Intercontinental Chamber of Commerce, the North Houston Economic Development Council and the Amegy Bank Advisory Board.[2]

Opposition

Three of the seven seats—Positions 3, 4 and 5—on the Klein Independent School District Board of Trustees were up for general election on November 3, 2015. The seats are elected at large.

Position 3 incumbent William Pilkington saw the only contested race on the ballot. Jamie Fuselier, Chester Hicks and Lannie Milon Jr. filed to contest Pilkington's re-election bid. However, Pilkington was successful in securing another term on the board. Position 4 incumbent Steve Szymczak and Position 5 incumbent Ronnie Anderson won re-election unopposed.[3]
