William Prescott
William Prescott is a former Republican member of the Kansas House of Representatives, representing District 59 from 2009 to 2013. He served as state House majority whip.

2012
Prescott ran in the 2012 election for Kansas House of Representatives District 76. He and District 9 incumbent Bill Otto were defeated by incumbent Peggy Mast in the August 7 Republican primary. Janet L. Lewis ran unopposed in the Democratic primary. The general election took place on November 6, 2012.[3][4]

Prescott won re-election to the 59th District seat against Blossom Barth (D). Prescott had no opposition in the GOP primary. The general election took place on November 2, 2010.[5]

2008
On November 4, 2008, Prescott was elected to the 59th District Seat in the Kansas House of Representatives, defeating Jim Irey (D).[6] Prescott raised $13,365 for his campaign, while Irey raised $8,390.[7]
