William R. Livingston, II is a Pennsylvania magisterial district judge for the Beaver County Magisterial District.[1] He was appointed to the bench on November 28, 2005 by Governor Ed Rendell to fill the seat vacated by Judge Donald Eiler.[2] He was re-elected on November 5, 2013 for a term that expires in 2019.

2013 election

Livingston ran for re-election to the Beaver County Magisterial District. Primary: He received 99.3 percent of the vote in the Republican primary on May 21, 2013.
General: He won without opposition in the general election on November 5, 2013.

Education

Livingston attended Beaver County Community College. He graduated from the Pennsylvania State Police Academy.[2]

Career

Before becoming a judge, Livingston served as a police officer for 33 years, including several years as Chief of the Patterson Township Police Department.[2]
