William R. O'Brien was a circuit court judge for the 2nd Judicial Circuit in Virginia.[1] He resigned from the court after reaching the mandatory retirement age of 73.[2]


Education

O'Brien received his undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond and his J.D. from the College of William and Mary.[3]
