William R Savage, III was a circuit court judge for the 5th Circuit in Virginia.[1] He was tapped to move up to the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court, filling a seat vacated by Judge Westbrook Parker’s retirement. Savage’s former place on the bench will be filled by Alfred W. Bates III.[2]
