William "Bill" Sites is a judge of the Tenth Circuit Court of Florida. He was elected to this position on Nov. 6, 2012 (effective January 2013) for a term that expires in January of 2019.[1][2]

Education

Sites received his undergraduate degree from West Virginia University in 1984 and his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1987.[3]

Career

Sites worked as a solo practitioner from 1992 until his judicial election in 2012.[3]

2012 election

Sites was elected to the Tenth Circuit Court in the general election on Nov. 6, 2012, defeating Christine Trakas Thornhill with 53.4% of the vote. He previously received 33.0% of the vote in the primary on Aug. 14, 2012.[4][2][5][6][7]
