William Skinner

William Skinner is a former judge on the Hinds County Court in Mississippi. He served on the court from 2006 to 2018. Skinner first joined the court in 2006 and was re-elected in 2010 and 2014.[1] He retired from the court at the end of his term in 2018.[2]
