William T. Graham, Jr. was a district court judge for the 21st Judicial District, serving Forsyth County of North Carolina. He joined the court in 1996. Graham was re-elected in 2000, 2004, 2008, and 2012, but did not seek re-election in 2016.[1][2]

Education

Graham received his A.B. degree from Duke University in 1981 and his J.D. degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1989.[1][3]

2012 election

Graham was re-elected to the 21st Judicial District without opposition on November 6, 2012.[4][5]
