William T. Wertman
William T. "Bill" Wertman Jr. was a family court judge for the Twenty-Fourth Family Circuit in West Virginia. He was elected in 2002 and re-elected in 2008. He retired on June 30, 2015.[1]
Education
Wertman received his undergraduate degree and J.D. at West Virginia University.[1][2]

In 1979, Wertman joined the West Virginia Legal Services Plan's Martinsburg office as its managing attorney.[1]
