William L. Thomas was a senior judge of the Sixth District of Iowa. He was first appointed to the court in 1981. At the end of 2006, Thomas retired and assumed senior status.[1][2]
Education
Thomas received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Dakota and his law degree from the University of Iowa.[1]
