William Timothy O'Brien
William Timothy O'Brien was a judge on the Cook County 10th Subcircuit in Illinois.[1] He was first elected to the bench in 2002.[2] He was most recently retained on November 4, 2014, for a term that expired on December 6, 2020.[3]

Education
O'Brien earned an undergraduate degree from John Carroll University in 1981. He went on to receive his J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1984.[2]
