William Vincent Tucker
William Vincent Tucker is a judge on the 5th Circuit Court for Howard County in Maryland. He was appointed to the court by Governor Martin O'Malley to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Diane O. Leasure.[1] Tucker assumed office on December 29, 2011.
Education
Tucker received his undergraduate degree from Stockton State College in 1988 and his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1991.[2]

Tucker ran unopposed for election to his appointed seat on the 5th Circuit Court.[3] He was successful in his bid, receiving 47.2% of the vote; the two candidates with the highest vote percentages were elected in the race..[4][5]
