Biography
William Webb was born in Oklahoma. He served in the U.S. Army National Guard from 2014 to 2020. His career experience includes working as an advocate, Army Chaplain Corps, peer support specialist, in pharmacy technology, as an ASIST instructor, and missionary.[1]
