Biography
Billups lives in Texas. Billups served in the U.S. Army and Marine Corps for 20 years. He earned a bachelor's degree in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2003. Billups’s career experience includes working as a pilot with SkyWest Airlines and as a founder of a transportation company.[1]
