Biography
A life long resident of Michigan, German graduated from Muskegon High school. He then earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Baker College of Muskegon.[1]

German lost to incumbent Bill Huizenga.[3] German ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House to represent Michigan's 2nd District. German ran as a Democratic write-in candidate. He faced Republican incumbent Bill Huizenga, Mary Buzuma (L), William Opalicky (G) and Ronald Graeser in the general election on November 6, 2012.[4]
