Willie L. Bailey
Willie L. Bailey was a 2014 candidate for the Fourth Judicial District (Place 4) in Mississippi.[1] He is a Democratic member of the Mississippi House of Representatives, representing District 49 since 1995. His term expired on January 3, 2016.[2]

Bailey ran for election to the Fourth Judicial District.
General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 42.1 percent of the vote. He competed against Ashley Hines.

Education
Bailey earned his undergraduate degree from Tougaloo College and his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School.[2]
Career
Prior to his election to the Mississippi House of Representatives in 1995, Bailey worked as an attorney in private practice and served as a judge.[2]
