Willie R. Mosley, Jr., Jerrie D. Bason and Jarrod Jordan lost to incumbent Michael A. Erwin and Atticus LeBlanc for the District 3 seat in the general election on May 20, 2014. Although the District 3 seat normally carries a four-year term, this election was for a two-year term.[1]
