Willowick City Garbage Question (November 2012)

A Willowick City Garbage Amendment question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Lake County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.
This question amended Section 8.9 of the Willowick City Charter to eliminate the requirement that the Council provide all single family dwellings in the City with garbage and rubbish collection and instead this service will be paid for out of the General Fund according to section 8.1.[1]
