A Willows Unified School District bond proposition, Measure P ballot question was on the November 6, 2012, ballot for voters in the Willows Unified School District in Glenn County, where it was defeated.
If Measure P had been approved, the district would have been authorized to borrow $14.7 million.
A 55 percent supermajority vote was required for approval.
