Wilma Palmer

Wilma Palmer is an Oklahoma special district judge for Tulsa County, which is located in District 14.[1] She joined the court in February 2007, becoming the first black woman to serve on Tulsa County's district court.[2]
Education
Palmer received her bachelor's degree and J.D. from the University of Tulsa.[3]
Career
Prior to joining the court in 2007, Palmer was an attorney in private practice. She also served as general counsel for the Tulsa Housing Authority.[3]
