Biography
Wilvin Carter earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Berea College and a J.D. from Texas Southern University. Carter’s career experience includes working as the owner of The Law Offices of Wilvin J. Carter P.C. and as an adjunct professor at the University of Houston. He is the president of the Fort Bend Criminal Bar Association.[1]
