A Windsor Medical Marijuana Dispensary Question was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the city of Windsor, which is in both Larimer and Weld counties, Colorado, where it was approved.
This measure asked city residents if they wanted to allow marijuana dispensaries in the city.[1]
Questions regarding the validity of the signatures collected arose in September 2010, two months prior to the election. The town clerk had until September 27, 2010, to make a decision about whether the issue would stay on the ballot. If it had been removed, the town board's regulation on marijuana would have taken affect. The measure, however, remained on the ballot and was approved.[2]
