A Winneconne School District Budget Override measure was on the June 8, 2010 ballot in the school district of Winneconne which is in Winnebago County.

This measure was approved

  • YES 1,742 Approveda
  • NO 1,603[1]

This measure sought to allow the school district to exceed the state set revenue limit for the district for the next two school years. The money will go towards the general operation of the school district.[2] The proposed $850,000 over the next two years is a smaller amount than was asked for in April by the school district. School officials noted that even if this measure is approved cuts will still likely be made.[3]
