Ballot question
The ballot question was as follows:[1]

SHALL the order authorizing $11,700,000 of bonds plus interest to pay the costs of acquiring, constructing and rehabilitating multifamily housing for persons of low and moderate income and accomplishing the renewal of urban residential neighborhoods, including the acquisition of land or rights‐of‐way in land required therefor, and providing that additional taxes may be levied in an amount sufficient to pay the principal and interest on the bonds be approved?[2] |
