Winston Arnow
Winston Eugene Arnow (1911-1994) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida.
Arnow was nominated by President Lyndon Johnson on November 29, 1967, to a new seat created by 80 Stat. 75; he was confirmed by the Senate on December 7, 1967, and received commission that same day. He served as chief judge from 1969 until he assumed senior status on March 14, 1981. He served until his death on November 28, 1994. Arnow was succeeded in this position by Maurice Paul.
