A Winters Joint Unified School District Bond Issue, Measure R ballot question was on the June 3, 2014 election ballot for voters in the Winters Joint Unified School District in Solano and Yolo counties, California, where it was approved.
Measure R authorized the district to increase its debt by $15 million in order to improve school facilities, fix roofs, modernize classrooms, upgrade fields and improve handicapped accessibility.[1]
A 55 percent supermajority vote was required for the approval of Measure R.
