Winthrop Welles Ketcham
Winthrop Welles Ketcham (1820-1879) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
He was nominated by President Ulysses Grant on June 7, 1876. He was confirmed by the Senate on June 26, 1876,[1] and received commission that same day. He served until his death on December 6, 1879. Ketcham was succeeded in this position by Marcus Wilson Acheson.
