Dane County, Wisconsin, Question 1, State Redistricting System Advisory Question (April 2023):  ✔

A "yes" vote supported advising the state to amend the Wisconsin Constitution to establish a nonpartisan redistricting system for legislative districts.

A "no" vote opposed advising the state to change the state redistricting system from the existing system that authorizes the state legislature to redistrict legislative districts every ten years.

Dane County, Wisconsin, Question 2, Right to Privacy Advisory Question (April 2023):  ✔

A "yes" vote supported advising the state to amend the Wisconsin Constitution to establish a right to privacy, including a right to abortion, same-sex marriage, and interracial marriage. 

A "no" vote opposed advising the state to amend the Wisconsin Constitution to establish a right to privacy, including a right to abortion, same-sex marriage, and interracial marriage. 

Madison, Wisconsin, Staggered Terms for Common Council Measure (April 2023):  ✔

A "yes" vote supported staggering the two-year terms of members of the Common Council beginning in 2025.

A "no" vote opposed staggering the terms of the Common Council, thereby maintaining that all members are up for election at the same time.

Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, Repeal Abortion Ban Law Advisory Question (April 2023):  ✔

A "yes" vote supported advising the state to repeal a state law that bans abortion at any stage of pregnancy without exception for rape, incest, or the health of the patient.

A "no" vote opposed advising the state to repeal a state law that bans abortion at any stage of pregnancy without exception for rape, incest, or the health of the patient.

Under federal law, the national mail voter registration application (a version of which is in use in all states with voter registration systems) requires applicants to indicate that they are U.S. citizens in order to complete an application to vote in state or federal elections, but does not require voters to provide documentary proof of citizenship. According to the U.S. Department of Justice, the application "may require only the minimum amount of information necessary to prevent duplicate voter registrations and permit State officials both to determine the eligibility of the applicant to vote and to administer the voting process."
