Wm. Allen Millican
Wm. Allen Millican was a judge of the 16th Judicial Circuit in Alabama. He retired from the bench in June 2017.[1]
Biography
Millican earned a B.A. in English, history, and political science from the University of Alabama and a J.D. from Birmingham School of Law. His experience includes service in the U.S. Naval Reserve and work as a superintendent for the U.S. Postal Service and as an attorney in private practice.[2][3]
Elections
2012
Millican was re-elected after running unopposed in the general election on November 6, 2012.[4][5]
