Wm. Robin Todd is a resident judge of the Fourth Circuit Court in Clay County, Illinois.[1][2] He was elected to the bench in 2004.[3] Todd was retained in the general election on November 8, 2016.

Education

Todd earned a B.A. from the University of Illinois in 1970. He went on to receive his J.D. from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1973, the same year he was admitted to the Illinois Bar.[3]
