A Woodford County Electrical Aggregation proposition was defeated on the April 9, 2013 election ballot in Woodford County, which is in Illinois.
If approved, this measure would have authorizes the County of Woodford to arrange for the electricity supply to its residents and small businesses that did not opt out of such a program.[1]
