A Worth Village Sales Tax Implementation measure was on the April 5, 2011 ballot in the village of Worth, which is in Cook County.

This measure was approved

  • YES 645 (53.71%) Approveda
  • NO 556 (46.29%)[1]

This measure sought to implement a current sales tax rate in the city set at a rate of 1 percent in order to help pay for public infrastructure costs as well as helping alleviate property tax costs.[2]
