Biography
Wyman Duggan was born and lives in Jacksonville, Florida. Duggan served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve from 1993 to 1995. He earned a B.A. from The University of the South in 1991 and a J.D. from the College of William & Mary in 1994.[1] Duggan's career experience includes working as an attorney and a member of the board of directors of the Rogers Towers Law Firm.[1][2]
