At this point in our history as a nation and a state, I believe it is imperative to find the common sense and common ground we need to work together. At the same time, I believe that as a conservative Republican I must defend the conservative policies I believe in. Such as our 2nd amendment right to bear arms, our right to Free Speech, Wyoming’s Water rights. Wyoming’s right to manage and govern the public lands within our boarders. Low taxes and little government regulation. To name a few.
I believe I have been taught to do what is right even if it is hard. Work ethic is a major part of my character and I believe that is how a person can better themselves and their families. Honesty, integrity, drive, education, understanding are all the values I have been taught to incorporate into my everyday life and I have been better for it. As a young man I was told anything that a person does in life has their name on it so make it count because people will remember!
I want to leave this world, Wyoming, Sweetwater County, my family, and the people that know of me better than before I was a part of it. If I can achieve this while upholding my values, I will have been a happy and proud man.
I was diagnosed as a young man with Learning Disabilities. School was always a struggle having to find new and different ways of learning. It wasn’t until college did, I understand that putting in the endless hours of work and frustration was a strength rather than a disability.
