Wyoming Judicial Conduct Commission, Amendment D (1996)
Wyoming Amendment D was on the November 5, 1996, election ballot in Wyoming as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved.[1]
The measure changed the name of the judicial supervisory commission to the commission on judicial conduct and ethics and strengthens the commission's authority.
