Text of measure
The question on the ballot:
The proposed amendment to the Constitution of State of Wyoming allows the counties to levy an annual tax of twelve (12) mills on each dollar of assessed valuation for all purposes plus an additional three (3) mills for county hospital purposes, whereas the present provisions of the Constitution limit counties to a levy of twelve (12) mills and do not permit an additional levy of three (3) mills for county hospital purposes.[1][2] |
