Wyoming's Constitutional Amendment B or School Funding Equalization was a legislatively referred constitutional amendment that was on the November 7, 2006, ballot in the state of Wyoming, where it was approved. It repealed the current limitation on the amount of property tax revenues that may be redistributed by the state through the School Foundation Program Account from school districts with greater property tax revenues to other school districts in the state.[1]
