Wyoming Suffrage Not Based on Mental Status, Amendment B (1996)
Wyoming Amendment B was on the November 5, 1996, election ballot in Wyoming as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved.[1]
The measure eliminated exclusions from the election franchise based on mental status, unless a person was adjudicated to be mentally incompetent.
