Wyoming Workers Compensation Fund, Amendment C (1998)
Wyoming Amendment C was on the November 3, 1998, election ballot in Wyoming as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measured restricted the use of funds paid into the workers’ compensation fund.[1]

Text of measure
The language that appeared on the ballot:
"The adoption of this amendment would provide that funds paid into the workers' compensation fund may only be expended as provided in the Workers' Compensation Act and for debt service and for workplace safety as provided by law."[2]
