Wyoming signature gathering deadline arrives

CHEYENNE, Wyoming: Today, February 13, 2012, marks the end of the signature gathering process for and ballot measures hoping to make the 2012 ballot. This year, however, it appears that no public referendums or initiatives were approved for public circulation, and as such, only legislative referrals will appear.
