“ | Shall Yates Township impose an increase of 1 mill ($1 per $1,000 of taxable value) in the tax limitation imposed under Article IX, Sec. 6 of the Michigan Constitution and levy it for 9 years, 2012 through 2020 inclusive, to be allocated and placed in a special account, which is an estimated annual revenue of $28,500, based on the 2012 taxable value, to be used only for the operation of the Yates Township Public Library.[1][3] | ” |
