Yoland L. Curtin is a judge on the Third Circuit Court for Harford County in Maryland.[1] She was appointed to the court on October 17, 2013, by Governor Martin O'Malley to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Emory A. Plitt.[2] Curtin was re-elected to the Third Circuit Court in 2014, winning a new term that expires on December 31, 2029.[3]
She was named circuit administrative judge for the Third Judicial Circuit Court effective June 19, 2023[4]

Curtin received her J.D. from Rutgers University and her master's in law from Georgetown University.[2]
Career
Before her appointment to the court, Curtin served as an administrative law judge for Maryland's Office of Administrative Hearings. She has also previously served as an assistant state's attorney for Harford County for ten years.[2]
