Youlee Yim You is a federal magistrate judge on the United States District Court for the District of Oregon. She began an eight-year term as a magistrate judge on March 1, 2016, and her current term expired on February 29, 2024.[1] Prior to her appointment as a magistrate judge, she was a judge on the Multnomah County Circuit Court in Oregon. That court has jurisdiction over Multnomah County and is located within the 4th Judicial District. She first joined that court in 2007, and was re-elected in 2014 for a term that was to expire on January 3, 2021.[2][3][4][5]

You earned her B.A. from Wellesley College in 1986. She received her J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law in 1989.[5]
