Four Youngstown City Charter Amendment questions were on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Mahoning County, which is in Ohio, where they were approved.

The first question amended Section 82 of the Youngstown CIty Charter regarding the division of the City into wards.

The second question amended Section 113 of the Youngstown City Charter with regard to interests in contracts of supplies.

The third question amended Section 115-1 of the Youngstown City Charter with regard to official time.

The fourth question amended Section 4 of the Youngstown City Charter with regard to the mayoral term.[1]
