Yvette Alexander (District of Columbia)
Yvette Alexander is a former member of the Council of the District of Columbia, representing Ward 7. She was elected to the council in 2006.[1]
Alexander lost her re-election bid in 2016. She ran in the primary election on June 14, 2016.[2]
Biography
Alexander holds a B.B.A. from Howard University. Her professional experience includes working as a marketing professional for Chartered Health Plan, a consultant for the American Preferred Provider Plan’s Early and Periodic Screening Diagnosis and Treatment Program, and an insurance regulator for the D. C. Department of Insurance, Securities and Banking.[1]
