Biography
Richardson's career in education includes time spent as a superintendent of the Russell County school system and as an associate dean at Virginia College. Richardson worked with the Fairfield city school system as an educational consultant, teacher, assistant principal, principal, director of curriculum, assistant superintendent, interim superintendent, and superintendent. Richardson also taught as an adjunct professor at Miles College, Samford University, and Troy University.[1]
